Course summary

This qualification is for people who want to become a qualified plumber in the building services industry. The course will give you the necessary skills and knowledge to progress onto further learning, or directly into a plumbing apprenticeship. During this programme you will develop an understanding of the plumbing sector, as well as the specific skills needed. Core units include: working safely and effectively, environmental technology systems, planning and design of cold and hot water systems, domestic central heating systems.
