In A Level Law you study the English Legal System – how laws are made both by Parliament and the Courts, how the Criminal Justice System works – from Police arrest to Criminal Trial. You will also study key components of Criminal, Contract and Tort Law (otherwise known as the Law of Negligence).
Grade 6 in English Literature or Language GCSE.
English legal system runs through all papers with specialist areas of criminal, contract and tort being covered respectively in papers 1, 2 and 3.
