Course summary

In Sociology you will learn about human relationships and the interactions of people within society with diverse background. You will explore what is meant by culture and Identity and the influences on society and government on our daily lives. You will delve into social inequalities and why some individuals are treated unfairly in comparison to others. You will look at how research is created by sociologists and how to create your own research. You will explore the criminal justice system and what causes people to commit crimes and to what extent we have control of our behaviours and how society is transcending countries and borders.
