This is a two-year vocational course concerned with all aspects relating to Business Studies. You will complete units of coursework, in which you will work on a range of activities and projects around the key themes and issues within business including customer service, accounting and human resources. You will also sit examined units which cover a wide range of topics and themes relating to the business world, giving you the opportunity to find your strength within business as well as the topics that intrigue you the most. You will also have the opportunity to visit and work with local employers to ensure that you are able to put your learning into practice.
4 GCSEs at grade 4 or above including English or maths.
Students are required to sit a combination of external examinations and coursework which is marked internally and externally moderated.
