A Level History

Course summary

History is a diverse, challenging and relevant subject, and remains a popular choice at A level. The History department has remodelled the course to reflect this. You will have the chance to study topics that offer as broad an introduction to the discipline as is possible; including social, political, economic, cultural and diplomatic history. Teaching within the department has recently been graded as ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted, and this is also reflected in the achievement of our students. You will be joining a committed, innovative and dynamic department when you study A Level History at Cronton.
