Course summary

Throughout the course, candidates are introduced to the ideas of Chemistry and their application to a variety of contexts, both every day and more specialised. Their understanding of how science works in chemistry is deepened. The specification thus provides a valuable education for candidates who take chemistry or related subjects further. It is also an excellent foundation for further study of chemistry, medicine (and related subjects such as pharmacy and pharmacology) or other sciences.
