Course summary

During the course you will study a range of literary and non-literary texts, including texts from a range of genres. You should enjoy reading and literature in general and you will also be expected to conduct your own wider reading. You should be willing to justify your ideas during class discussions and in written essays, and enjoy working both independently and in a group.
