You'll study core modules covering essential topics such as Business Strategy, Human Resource Management, Financial Management, and Customer Service Excellence. In addition to these, optional units allow you to tailor your learning to fit your career aspirations. The program is divided into three components: the Core (fundamental knowledge and skills), Route Core (focused on your chosen specialism), and Occupational Specialism (allowing you to hone skills in specific roles like Assistant Accountant or Team Leader). Assessment in this program will be comprehensive and varied. External assessments conducted by City & Guilds cover both core units and your occupational specialism.
