Physical Education examines both the practical aspects of Physical Education and also the theoretical aspects such as Anatomy and Physiology, Biomechanics, Acquiring Movement Skills, Sports Psychology and Socio-cultural/Contemporary Issues. Students have the chance to coach or perform in a practical area of Physical Education.
