Course summary

The BTEC National Extended Certificate is equivalent to one A level and can be studied alongside other qualifications. In Performing Arts, students study the work of influential theatre practitioners. This is done in a workshop setting, through exposure to live theatre and project study. You will learn about acting skills, improvisation, devising and the performing arts from a business perspective. You will write, direct, and perform your own piece of original theatre on a professional run. WHY THIS COURSE?
