BTEC Business

Course summary

The BTEC Level 3 National Extended Certificate in Business is designed for students who want to continue their education through applied learning and who aim to progress to higher education and ultimately to employment in the business sector. The course consists of three mandatory units (Exploring Business, Developing a Marketing Campaign and Personal and Business Finance) as well as one additional unit of their choice. These optional units have been designed to support choices in progression to business courses in higher education and to link with relevant occupational areas: Human Resources, Accounting, Marketing and Law.
