Graphic Communications

Course summary

This course is designed for students to learn how to visually communicate to inspire, inform and captivate. You will have an exciting opportunity to explore ideas, materials, processes and techniques in depth using the excellent Benedict state of the art facilities. You will be encouraged to explore a combination of practical and digital (industry standard Adobe Suite) techniques including book making, experimental drawing, printmaking, branding, photography, typography, illustration, and animation. Creative freedom in briefs allows you to explore the graphic design disciplines and themes that excite your personal interests. Assessment is by both coursework and practical examinations.
