Course summary

WJEC Level 3 Applied Diploma in Criminology is a qualification with elements of psychology, law and sociology. Criminology suits student who are passionate about crime and its impacts, as well as focusing on those reasons behind criminal behaviour. It will also intrigue students who have an interest in the legal system and how we treat those who commit crime. We focus on types of crime, theories behind crime, prisons and the court room. We assess these by being critical thinkers of UK society and the wider world.
