
This course provide learners with a sound knowledge of the fundamental principles of the English Legal System. Students will be provided with the opportunity to develop knowledge, understanding and critical awareness of the structure, personnel and functions of the legal system and an in-depth knowledge of the operation of the Criminal Law Tort Law and Human Rights. Students who are interested in learning about how the law works, understanding the roles of lawyers, the police and Judges: and who want to gain a good insight into the English Legal System will enjoy this course.
Grade 5 in English GCSE Law is not required to study Law A Level
Three 1 hour 30 minute exams at the end of year 13.
