The course will allow you to develop a range of key skills, applicable to many industries, including critical thinking, analytical and debating skills. Furthermore, you will also develop your knowledge on mental health conditions (allowing you to challenge misconceptions around mental health), debate the key methods to help people struggling with their mental health, and how policies in organisations can better support people struggling with their mental health.
