We will be reviewing past cases and understanding examples of Law in action, as well as looking at how particular laws were passed. You will be working hard to understand how to structure the extended answer questions, therefore looking at work of others, and marking exemplar pieces will also inform this learning. You’ll need to understand how the court system works so trips to the court where possible, along with more creative activities in the classroom will help with this.
