Course summary

The course looks at music of the past and present, classical to popular, east to west, it aims: To develop sensitivity, appreciation and enjoyment of music. To encourage perceptive and critical responses to music of different styles, cultures and historical periods. To provide a basis for further study in music and related occupations.
