Course summary

Students study advanced analogue and digital circuit behaviour, a wide range of components, and core concepts including system synthesis, input and output subsystems, DC circuits, and energy and power. The course addresses both established and emerging technologies such as optical communication. Students develop transferable skills in systems thinking, problem solving, and structured engineering design. The course is distinctive in being taught by a specialist with an electronics engineering degree in one of the few schools that offers Electronics nationally.
