Course summary
For students with a particular passion and aptitude for mathematics, we also offer A level Further Mathematics. This course comprises two compulsory pure mathematics modules and two optional modules, selected from a range including Further Pure, Further Statistics, Further Mechanics, and Decision Mathematics. Entry to this course requires a grade 8 at GCSE, and we work closely with each student to tailor the combination of modules to best support their interests and future goals. This advanced course is designed to challenge and extend students understanding of mathematics beyond the standard curriculum. As we delve into complex and intriguing topics, students will develop a deeper appreciation for the elegance and power of mathematics.
