Dear Parent/Carer,

We are pleased to invite your child to attend our Sixth Form Transition Day on Thursday, 29 June.

This day is designed to help students prepare for the move into Sixth Form by giving them the opportunity to experience lessons in their chosen subjects, meet staff and fellow students, and learn more about Sixth Form life.

Time: 8:35 - 15:30
Location: David Nieper Academy Sixth Form

Students should arrive promptly and register at David Nieper Academy Sixth Form. They should bring any necessary equipment, including pens, notebooks, and a water bottle. Lunch arrangements are school canteen or packed lunch.

Throughout the day, students will take part in a range of activities, including:

• Taster lessons in their chosen subjects
• An introduction to Sixth Form expectations
• Information about enrichment opportunities and student support
• Opportunities to meet current Sixth Form students and staff

We hope that this experience will help students feel confident and excited about starting their Sixth Form journey.
