Sherbourne Fields School

On behalf of everyone in our community I would like to welcome you to Sherbourne Fields School. 

Sherbourne Fields is a wonderful all age specialist school that provides an exciting, ambitious and creative education for pupils with a broad spectrum of need; including a wide range of physical, medical and learning needs. 

Our population is wide ranging and diverse in so many ways, with pupils from a rich mix of social and cultural backgrounds. In response to the national and local demand for Special School places our school community has grown in recent years and we now have 250 pupils across our Primary and Secondary phases. 

Sherbourne Fields is an extraordinary place to learn and a rewarding and innovative place to work. Our aspiration is for all of our children and young people to excel in their learning journey, achieve the very best they can, and be as independent as they can. We strive for all of our pupils to be fully prepared for life after school. 

Our pupils benefit from a provision that has been designed to support our rich and ambitious curriculum. Our facilities include, a 25m Swimming Pool, Fitness Suite, Sensory Room, Soft Play Suite, Independent Living Flat, Physiotherapy Room, an Employability Skills Workshop, Library, on site Coffee Shop and a Reading Room. Our variety of outdoor learning areas include Allotments, Poly Tunnel, Fire Pit, Trim Trail, 30ft Climbing Wall, 65m Zip Wire, Apiary, Outdoor Aquarium, Aviary and Bird Hide.
