Welcome to St John’s RC SchoolSt John’s RC School is a non-maintained special school offering day provision for pupils aged 5 to 19 with a wide range of needs including moderate to severe learning difficulties, autistic spectrum disorder (ASD) and those with associated speech, language and communication difficulties.Since September 2015, we have been in partnership with New City College and provide a 19-25 provision for those students who are not quite ready for mainstream college. We aim to bridge this gap by meeting their individual needs.Based in Woodford Green, Essex we have students from across the county as well as the London Boroughs. Although we are a Roman Catholic school we welcome pupils from all faiths and backgrounds.We offer a high quality of education, accessible to learners of varied abilities and different learning styles. Whilst taking into account their social, emotional, behaviour and mental health needs.We are very proud of our school and our team of highly skilled and dedicated staff and governing body. We have a very experienced team of therapists including music, speech and language therapists and an occupational therapist.
