Welcome to The Archbishop's School

The Archbishop's School welcomes you to our vibrant, caring, and supportive Christian Community.I am extremely proud to be the Headteacher of The Archbishop's School. We are a school for students of all abilities aged 11-19. Our community is smaller than most secondary schools, which enables us to provide a highly personalised approach to education. We know our students very well, they are well cared for and receive the very best support and encouragement in their learning which engenders excellent progress in their academic, personal, social and spiritual development. Our school ethos is 'Enter to Learn – Go Forth to Serve'. This perfectly describes how we aim to provide the very best education for our students, whilst also preparing them for life after school in the 21st century with all the challenges that this presents. Students are able to make a positive contribution to society and share the love of God.As an innovative and forward-thinking school, we celebrate all of our students' achievements and are extremely proud of the people they become. Students enter a vibrant Sixth Form environment where they are prepared for the next stage of their education, future employment, and the demands of an ever-changing world. We would be delighted if you choose to become members of The Archbishop's School Sixth Form family and would like to extend a very warm welcome to you all.Mr D ElliottHeadteacher
