Re: Sixth Form Open Evening on Tuesday 4th November 2025Dear Prospective Applicants, Parents and Carers,Westminster Academy has a proud history of running International Baccalaureate Programmes in our Sixth Form because we believe that the IB best prepares students for their futures, which are becoming increasingly diverse in today's post KS5 landscape! External inspections agree, with Ofsted rating the WA Sixth Form as “Outstanding” in October 2023, and the IB noting that the learning and teaching and provision of the IB at WA was excellent in January 2024. If you can attend the Open Evening (November 4th 2025) we will provide us with an opportunity to present our Sixth Form and the processes and dates that Year 11 students need to be aware of before starting in September 2026. We will have plenty of experienced staff on hand, as well as our current Sixth Formers, to discuss any subject and course-related questions you might have.
