Welcome to Queen Elizabeth's Grammar School
We have over 200 students in our sixth form who are well-supported by a very well-qualified and hard-working teaching staff. As well as their great academic success, we are very proud of the way in which our sixth form students regularly engage in the wide range of extra-curricular activities such as acting as school ambassadors, running charity events, creating the annual school pantomime or the work they do as Senior Students of the school. We have over 200 students in our sixth form who are well-supported by a very well-qualified and hard-working teaching staff. The excellent pastoral system which exists in the main school continues into the sixth form. Every student is a member of a form group with a form tutor who ensures that each and every student is fully encouraged to achieve his or her full potential. Our main aim at Queen Elizabeth’s is to produce confident and resilient students who are independent and reliable. We try to ensure that each student achieves their academic potential and has a positive plan for life beyond school. We believe that Queen Elizabeth’s has a welcoming, tolerant and hard-working ethos and whether you want to further your academic career in order to progress to university level, or you want to find the best alternative route to your future, Queen Elizabeth’s is the place for you!
