Welcome to Maghull High School

We have a large and successful Sixth Form which welcomes students from other institutions who wish to transfer to us at 16. Full details about the courses we can offer and how we organise our student curriculum are available to download below. However, we know that you will have many questions which are best answered personally. If you are at present a student at Maghull you can arrange to talk to us at any time by making an appointment with Miss Murphy in the Sixth Form Office, if you attend another school can I recommend you do arrange to visit us on a working school day to really get a feel for the place and have time to talk over your personal requirements. As a Sixth Form Team our aim is for all our students to successfully reach their full potential and move forward to further studies, employment or training. For this to happen students, parents and teachers, must be involved in a close working relationship. We all are aware how important the next two years are in determining your future. The choices you make about where you will continue your education are your first challenge. Please think very carefully about your choices collect all the information you can, ask questions and listen to all the advice you are offered.
