Dear Parent/Carer,

The Regis School Sixth Form is an exciting place to belong, entry into it presents our students with an exciting new phase of their academic studies, giving them the opportunity to specialise in the subjects they have enjoyed and excelled in. 

Our Sixth Form is a happy and stimulating place in which learning is not just rewarding, but enjoyable too. Our students are enthused by the subjects they study and show a thirst for learning and a desire to achieve their academic potential. Students are provided with excellent working areas which are vibrant, well organised and practical. 

Throughout their time in our Sixth Form, we also ensure that all our students have the opportunity to support their academic studies with a wide range of extra-curricular activities. Student leadership across the school is strong and continues to be in our Sixth Form. Our Student Leadership Team is fronted by our year 12 students who hold positions as Head and Deputy Head Students as well as subject leaders. These students actively take a role in decision making across the school and play an important part in driving our ethos and culture. All students in year 12 take part in a number of social, sporting and charity events as well as a weekly enrichment programme which includes nationally recognised qualifications and opportunities such as Sports Leaders Awards, Debate Club, Peer Reading Schemes and a Charity Fundraising group.

The experience and capabilities of the pastoral team, along with excellent teaching and careers guidance will ensure that every student has the opportunity to leave not only with outstanding academic results, but the skills, independence, confidence and attitudes that they will need to thrive in their next steps.
