Enrichment Activities

Show all activities
We offer a wide range of extracurricular opportunities that help to broaden and strengthen personal development which we hope will provide lifelong interests outside of school. Students who take part in extracurricular activities benefit from learning new skills, leadership qualities, team work, qualifications or maybe something for future CV’s.

Committees
Our committees are designed for, and run, by our students for the students. The committees are designed to increase the opportunities available to anyone studying in the Sixth Form. All our committees are open to everyone who wishes to get involved; a perfect way to meet other students and build vital interpersonal and leadership skills.
Societies
A society is a small group of students who meet to discuss common interests and passions. Run exclusively by Sixth Form students independently of teachers, socie ties are a great opportunity to expand existing interests, broaden horizons and meet new people. Participating in a society offers a good way to relax and wind down from the academic rigours of Key Stage 5 and looks great on a personal statement or job application.
Sport
We strongly believe that Sixth Form life is more than just academic. We have a dedicated Sports committee run by our students and many sporting opportunities from: netball, basketball, football with teaching staff, badminton or table tennis. There is something for everyone. Each summer we participate in the Wellingborough Sixth Form Olympics. We are proud to say that we are the champions for the consecutive year running!
