Welcome to Rodillian Academy

Welcome to Rodillian Sixth Form, a provider of Post 16 education, welcoming students from across Leeds, Wakefield and the surrounding areas. We are a small and friendly Sixth Form with an experienced and dedicated team of staff, making us a first choice for your A Level studies.

Our mission, vision and values focus on a personalised approach to pastoral care, support and guidance which continues to help our young adults to thrive in a warm community atmosphere.

We offer both academic and vocational courses, and our facilities are designed to promote the highest level of achievement in a safe and supportive environment. It is our aim to nurture students to become resilient, independent young adults with a passion for the subjects they choose to study.

We have high standards and expectations of our students who continue to make us proud each year, with a 100% pass rate and 60% of grades at A*-B in Summer 2021.

Our personalised Post 18 preparation programme allows our students to achieve their academic and career aspirations with our students securing places at some of the UK’s top universities and degree level apprentice programmes.

We recognise that Sixth Form life is not just about academia and therefore students have the opportunity take part in a range of enrichment opportunities that include the Duke of Edinburgh scheme, mentoring, volunteering and debating. Students follow a structured programme that covers aspects of the Relationships & Sex Education curriculum. and also aims to develop their soft skills ready for the world of work and higher education.

As a Sixth Form team we are passionate about the progress and wellbeing of all our students. The support of dedicated and expert staff makes Rodillian Sixth Form the perfect place for students to explore and challenge themselves to reach their full potential. We look forward to seeing you at one of our upcoming events or your interview. Open Evening for our September 2025 cohort is on Thursday 3rd October.
