Bradley Thompson

September 2014

Employed

We were delighted to hear from Meadowhead alumnus Bradley Thompson (2011-2016) about his incredible fundraising for the mental health charity Mind. Bradley completed seven marathons in seven days culminating in the Milton Keynes marathon on 5th May. Bradley raised an incredible £2400 for MIND.

Lizzie

September 2021

Apprenticeship

Former Meadowhead student Lizzie gave an inspiring virtual briefing to year 12 students about her experiences on her Marine Engineering Cadetship. Whilst in our sixth form, Lizzie was successful in securing a highly competitive cadetship, which meant that she could combine studying with travelling the world working on the engines in cruise ships. Following her talk, Lizzie answered questions from a group of students who are interested in pursuing apprenticeships or cadetships, offering valuable insights into the application process. We are immensely proud of Lizzie and so grateful that she took the time to come and speak to our students.
