Enrichment Activities

Show all activities
Blue Coat Church of England Academy offers a wide and inclusive programme of enrichment activities that takes place outside the formal curriculum. Students benefit from a wide range of sporting activities throughout the school day. There are clubs before and after school, and during lunchtimes as well. The emphasis is on enjoyment of sport but there are many opportunities to compete against other schools. Blue Coat School also offers musical instrument lessons at school with teachers from the Walsall Music Service. Lessons may be individual or in groups and are arranged on a ‘rota’ basis so as to minimise disruption to curriculum subjects.
