Welcome to Walton Hall Academy

Hello, I am Susan Phung, and I am very proud to be the Assistant Principal and Head of Post-16 at Walton Hall Academy. It is a privilege to be part of a community that is so dedicated to helping every young person achieve their potential and flourish as they take confident steps into adulthood. Our Post-16 provision is a vibrant, welcoming and supportive place where our young people are encouraged to discover their interests, build independence, and develop the skills they need for life beyond school. We work closely with families and the wider community to make sure every young person feels nurtured, valued, supported, challenged and inspired to grow and aim high. Raising aspirations for all is at the heart of what we do - helping our young people to flourish and believe in themselves, recognise their strengths, and see that their ambitions are within reach. As our Post-16 provision continues to grow, we are also looking forward to the development of our Stafford site, which will offer even more opportunities for our young people in the near future. I am excited to continue building a Post-16 experience that nurtures confidence, promotes independence, and supports our young people in creating happy, fulfilling futures.
