Introduction to the Sixth Form

At Prince William School Sixth Form we offer a dynamic and supportive environment where students are challenged to achieve their full academic potential while developing the independence, confidence, and character needed for life beyond school.
Our Sixth Form is a vibrant community of learners, thinkers, and leaders. With a broad and rigorous curriculum, expert teaching, and outstanding facilities, we prepare students not only for top universities and careers but also to make meaningful contributions to society. Whether through academic enrichment, leadership opportunities, or enrichment activities, every student is encouraged to explore their passions and grow as individuals.
We are proud of our tradition of high achievement, but even more proud of the inclusive, aspirational ethos that defines our Sixth Form.

After sixth form I went to Manchester Metropolitan University to study sports coaching and development. I also went to a summer camp in Fort Worth Texas as a general camp counsellor and had the best time. I then continued my studies, gaining a first for the year and then I went to a different camp in Colorado.

After leaving PWS Sixth Form, I went to study BSc Psychology at the University of Nottingham. In my time at Nottingham, I was an active member of the UoN Fencing Club as an athlete and I experienced 2 years on the committee as Women's 20d Captain and Publicity Secretary. I was also an Officer Cadet at the East Midlands University Officers Training Corps Unit for 2 years at university, preparing me for my future career as an Officer in the British Army.

My sixth form experience readily prepared me for life outside of school with loads of career advice. Study tips and the opportunity to take on leadership roles with my friends. I left sixth form with the confidence to go out and meet new people, making the transition between school and university much easier than I had anticipated
