Our Sixth Form is different to the standard post-16 experience. In our Sixth Form, we help students develop independence and freedom, supporting and challenging them to learn in a way that prepares them for the world of work.We offer a varied STEM focused curriculum that allows students to combine A levels with BTECs in a small learning environment where they are really known by their teachers.

Apprenticeship
Year 13 student Mati Chmielowiec from UTC Swindon has secured an Aircraft Technician Apprenticeship with Boeing, where he’ll split his time between hands-on training at RAF Brize Norton and classroom learning in Cardiff. The rigorous selection process included multiple interviews, assessments, and a practical test, all of which Mati felt well-prepared for thanks to his UTC experience, particularly in workshops and practical sessions. Initially drawn to computer science, Mati switched to engineering in Year 12, discovering a true passion for hands-on work. He now hopes to progress within Boeing, aiming for supervisory roles and international opportunities.
