Welcome to Grange School

Our aim is to work in partnership with parents and carers, the multi-academy trust, the local authority and other agencies to provide the very best education for your child, and to ensure they have the very best outcomesWe will ensure that through this partnership each pupil will achieve their potential and make outstanding progress. At Grange School every child really matters and our relationship with you in this partnership is very important. We have state of the art facilities in the building and grounds which provide an environment suitable for the learning needs of all our children and young adults. These facilities are designed differently to suit different pupils. We have a range of specialist rooms and specialist provisions including a soft play area and light room as well as a variety of outside spaces, including a Forest School space with facilities for outdoor learning. The organisation of the curriculum reflects the needs of all students and this prospectus has been designed to help you find out more about the way the school works. I hope that you will find it informative and that it explains all the things you feel you need to know.We hope your son or daughter will really enjoy being at Grange School and benefit from the curriculum offered and the vast range of learning activities we provide, and that you will join with us in partnership to help make your child’s education a positive experience. This year we are focusing on further developing literacy and communication, numeracy, PE and PSHE for our pupils, and also work related learning.
