Welcome to Wath Academy

Wath Academy Sixth Form is very proud of its strong academic record and its success in sending students to leading universities, including Oxford and Cambridge. The very high standards of teaching, combined with quality pastoral care in which each student receives individual attention, supports our students through this vital stage in their education. We are delighted to welcome students from other schools. At Wath all students will receive the best that a traditional Sixth Form education can offer in outstanding facilities. > “I love Wath Academy Sixth Form because, despite being from another school, Wath Academy made me feel at home. Wath Academy Sixth Form is like one big family because everyone supports each other through happy and sad moments. I wouldn’t have wanted to spend these last couple of years anywhere else” — WATH ACADEMY SIXTH FORM STUDENT (Mr Barlow – Head of Sixth Form & KS5 Outcomes; Mrs Heathcote – Assistant Head of Sixth Form; Mr Maith – Assistant Head of Sixth Form; Mrs Lines – Y11-13 Study Support)
