Red Kite Academy

A very warm welcome to our Red Kite Special Academy website. I am very proud to be the Headteacher of this very special, special school. 

Red Kite Special Academy is a very special place where a diverse group of learners come together to learn and have fun. We have high aspirations and nurture our children and young people to reach their true potential. We work in partnership with our families to ensure we create the best provision to meet our pupils individual needs. 

Red Kite Special Academy is proud to be part of the Kingsley Learning Foundation. Our KLF Mission Statement ‘helping people living in extraordinary circumstances to lead ordinary lives’ is at the heart of everything we do. 

We cater for pupils with a wide range of special educational needs from aged 4 – 18 years. Places at our school are commissioned by Northamptonshire Local Authority for children and young people with an Education, Health and Care Plan.
