Welcome to Marine Academy Plymouth

Put simply, we expect all students to work to the very best of their ability, striving for excellence in their approach to their studies and engagement in all aspects of Sixth Form life and to show the resilience, leadership and aspiration that will mark them out as outstanding individuals. Enrolment on the Duke Of Edinburgh award is mandatory and will be overseen by our excellent outdoor education team. This is a hugely exciting time to join as we develop our specialist sports and performing arts academies and move to our exciting new home at the heart of the academy. Our students will be defined by the mantra ‘we are the example’ and will be seen as models of excellence to which younger years can aspire. The team is committed to ensuring academic success and well-being are inevitable whilst striving to ensure every child, no matter their background, aspired to great things.
