Churchill Park Academy Sixth Form is dedicated to providing further education for young people aged 16-19 who face significant barriers to learning. Our specialised programs are tailored to meet the needs of students with profound and multiple learning disabilities, as well as those who display challenging behaviours. 

Whether students require additional support with learning, communication, or behaviour management, we are here to provide the guidance and resources they need to succeed. Sixth Form, we believe that every young person deserves access to quality education and the opportunity to achieve their goals.

In the Sixth Form, our objective is to bridge the transition between children’s and adult services, ensuring a seamless progression for our students and supporting them in making informed decisions regarding their future provision. Our Sixth Form provision is dedicated to fostering the development of skills essential for adulthood, thereby preparing our students for the next phase of their lives.

We are actively involved in the processes of identifying appropriate funding and determining the support required for our students as they transition into adulthood. Additionally, we have established strong relationships and open lines of communication with professionals in the PFAL and Continuing Healthcare services.
