Welcome to our Sixth Form 

The LNS Sixth Form offers you not only an education that is tailored to your individual needs and interests, but also a holistic experience where you can develop and broaden your mind through our extra-curricular activities as you continue your educational journey.

We provide high quality teaching in a positive environment where all our students succeed and enjoy their learning, whilst building good relationships with staff and other students. All staff take enormous pride in working with our sixth former pupils of all ability levels. Feedback from all students shows that they rate their teachers, expertise, dedication and drive to help them achieve very highly. At LNS our students are highly valued in our school community.

By choosing to study with us you will have access to a wide range of institutions who we partner with and they work with us to offer more than just an educational experience. Our Sixth Form provides a stepping stone between school and university and prepares you for further study or employment.

Our curriculum is varied and we offer a broad range of level 3 courses including GCEA level study, vocational qualifications including Science, ICT, Sport, Sailing and Watersports, the Extended Project Qualification and our D&B Dance collaboration for students of Performing Arts.

As a member of the Sixth Form, you will be part of the whole school and expected to engage in activities that not only develop you as an individual but also benefit the wider school communities. Activities that you could be part of, range from, mentoring lower school pupils; Sport Leadership; or undertaking the Duke of Edinburgh Award.
