Welcome to Castle School
It gives me a huge pleasure to welcome you to Castle School.
Castle is a successful special school which offers an education to pupils aged between 7-18 years old, who hold an Education, Health and Care Plan.
The school is designated for pupils with moderate learning difficulties, however majority of our pupils have additional needs, including autism, speech, language and communication difficulties and some behavioural issues.
All pupils are taught in small classes with teaching assistants in addition to the teacher.
We follow the Team Teach behaviour management principles.
