I am delighted to welcome you to Brookfields School, now part of the Ascendancy Partnership Trust (APT). As one of the founding schools within the partnership, we are excited to be working with a strong and committed team of staff, all of whom are highly motivated to achieve the best outcomes for all pupils with SEND across Berkshire.
