Politics has three papers that focus on: 1. Government and politics in the UK ➢ Constitution, Devolution, Parliament, PM, Cabinet and the Judiciary. ➢ Democracy, participation, elections, parties and pressure groups. 2. Government and politics of the USA and comparative politics ➢ Constitution, Congress, President, Supreme Court. ➢ Parties, pressure groups, elections, participation. ➢ Comparative politics between the US and the UK. 3. Political Ideologies ➢ Liberalism, Socialism, Conservativism, Anarchism.
