Course summary

The Extended Certificate is a two-year course that is equivalent to one A Level. This is the right subject for you if you want to learn about how businesses are structured, their financial planning, and effective approaches to marketing. When studied along with 2 additional A Levels or equivalent, completion of this course will meet entry requirements for learners who want to progress to higher education courses or support learners who wish to progress directly to employment. You will study the fundamentals of business including exploring Business Purposes, Developing a Marketing Campaign, Business Finance, and Recruitment. University or a career in areas such as Financial Services, Marketing, Accounting, or Human Resources.
