Course summary

If you’d like a career in television, radio, film or advertising production, this two year course will provide you with the essential academic and technical skills allowing you to gain employment in the industry or move on to apprenticeships or university. You will also take part in a series of workshops with tutors from the Media & Journalism Centre, to develop a broad range of media and journalistic skills. Throughout the course you will study a variety of subjects including: - Film production - Film editing - Camera techniques - Media campaigns - Advertising production - Scriptwriting - Working to a commission You will also have the opportunity to take part in various work experience opportunities.
