Assessment

Assessment throughout the course consists of 5 internal assignments and 3 external examinations. Assessments are designed to allow students to demonstrate relevant knowledge, understanding, and skills that they acquire throughout their unit studies. They also acquire the skills to conduct appropriate research techniques to obtain information from a range of sources and analyze issues and problems within the Health and Social Care sectors. Finally, assessments encourage the evaluation of evidence through students developing the ability to make judgments and draw conclusions of their own.
