Course summary

Business will enable you to uncover the truth behind the decisions made by businesses and the impact that these decisions have in the four key areas of marketing, production, human resources and finance. We take an in-depth look at real-life business examples, from world leaders such as Adidas and McDonald’s to small local businesses, analysing the impact of their choices and predicting the likely outcomes. You will expand your understanding of how and why business decisions are made and how businesses respond strategically to the challenges they face. You will also study the major issues affecting people today such as the impact of the cost of living crisis and strike action.
