History allows you to look beyond the headlines and to ask key questions. You will learn to evaluate source material and hone this invaluable skill across a wide variety of topics and time periods. The course includes studying Russia & the USSR under Lenin through to Yeltsin 1917-91, Mao's China 1949-76, and protest, agitation and parliamentary reform in Britain c. 1780-1928.
