100% examined. The Double Mathematics course consists of two A levels: Mathematics and Further Mathematics. The Mathematics A level encompasses two-thirds pure mathematics (algebra) and one-third applied mathematics (mechanics and statistics). Further Mathematics offers a balanced curriculum with 50% pure mathematics and 50% further mechanics and decision mathematics. We follow the Edexcel exam board, ensuring a comprehensive and rigorous learning experience that prepares you for success in the examinations, with core resources published by the exam board’s parent company Pearson.
