An interest in how gender, sexuality, and ethnicity are represented through the media; exploring a range of theorists and studies to apply to different media texts. What will the course cover? A diverse range of media texts in the following platforms: • Gaming • Newspapers • TV • Film • Print advertisements • Music videos • Social media Products such as: • Lil Nas X - Old Town Road • Blinded by the Lights • GQ Magazine • Deutschland 83 One original media production created from your response to a range of annual briefs.
